The source object 'Dashboards' does not have 'UpdatedDate' or 'CreatedDate' column and cannot be replicated when the 'Incremental Updates' check box is selected.

"The source object 'Dashboards' does not have 'UpdatedDate' or 'CreatedDate' column and cannot be replicated when the 'Incremental Updates' check box is selected." error means that there are no necessary timestamp columns in the object that are needed for replication with incremental updates.
Usually, objects that do not support incremental updates are placed into a separate package without this option enabled. Please see more information about the Replication package and Incremental Updates in our documentation here.
